Interesting article over at the Entomove Project about a possible concern with insects -- primarily crickets -- as a food source: allergies. If you're allergic to shellfish, you should proceed to entomophagy with caution, but how concerned should you be if you're not? Read on to find out!

(Happily, neither Maddy nor I are allergic to shellfish; how sad would that be if we couldn't eat insects or shrimp!)
